I usually agree, overall, with BiM site's philosophy. But sometimes it's a bit oversimplified: "Ask 100 women what they look for most in a man and they will say 'a good job'." What my wife looked for most in a man was "someone who will support me in having my job." She came from an Asian culture that did not support her desire to redefine herself at middle age and to go back to school to get her PhD in Math, and then to teach it. Most men she met, who all had good jobs, wanted her to quit her job. So for her what she looked for most in a man was someone who would fully support her keeping her job. Her niece is looking for the same kind of man.
