Stripping in Michigan

On Pоlіtіcаlly Incorrect last night we learned that a nude dancer in an upscale strip club in Michigan is suing someone for sexual harrassment after having her thigh, side, and breast touched and her virtue insulted verbally.

I was surprised at how hostile the tv show's celebrity guests and audience were towards the stripper. They all acted like "upscale strip club" was an impossibility - as if they couldn't even imagine a place where people actually respect female beauty.

Comedienne, Elаіnе Bооzlеr, said it must mean the girls strip with their pinkies in the air. Armstrоng Wіllіаms, radio talk show host, said sexual harrassment is their job, that strippers go to work just to be harrassed and so can't sue. (What a hypocrite - as if he really hates the women who take their clothes off for him! And if he does, he's worse than a hypocrite!)

Thankfully, in the U.S., absolutely everyone is entitled to protection under and recourse to the law. That these people would suggest making any single person the exception is utterly unjust. That they would suggest doing it to a woman for bringing beauty into our lives is abominable.

Host, Bіll Mаhеr, finally, came feebly to her defence. He likened the case to the one in which a woman gave Tυpаk Shаkυr a blow job on a dance floor and was later gang r4ped in a hotel room. He pointed out that r4ping her was wrong. It's like the old 'girl in a short skirt deserves to be r4ped' issue. No woman deserves to be man-handled and no woman deserves to be put down for doing something as wonderful as sharing the beauty of her body with others.

Still, the guests and audience seemed ready to lynch the poor girl.

Which is why I always say: strip joints are the safest place in the world for women. Judging from Pоlіtіcаlly Incоrrеct last night, its much safer inside than out.
