Beautiful heroics

Have you noticed the very large number of new television dramas that feature heroic women in intelligent, professional and exciting occupations lately? Alias with Jennifer Garner was the first a few years ago. And now there's Cold Case, Bones, and Surface with our favourite, Lake Bell. Yet all of these women excel only at something that men can do too. We enjoy these programs but are left wondering, where are the women who can be heroic doing what only women can do? For example, Samantha, who always looks as super cool and as super confident as a super hero, even when completely nude. Now THAT's heroic! Bet you can't do that.
