Why high heels suck
I must be the only man who hates high heels. I do. I think they're ridiculous. People will agree that attaching sticks, barbs, and all variety of torturous objects to runway models' bodies at an Alexander McQueen show is absurd. But say one bad thing about 7 inch spikes coming out of a lady's shoes and find yourself instantly alone. Everyone but me seems to love them. Some nonsense about making a woman's calves look nicer or something. Call me kooky but I think a woman's calf looks quite nice all by itself. Check out Ingrid's in this photoset and see if you agree. Yet how many other websites would have stuck some stupid high heels on her? I saw an attractive woman walking down the street today wearing Capri pants and simple flats on her feet. I looked for her over my shoulder long past rounding a corner and watching her pass out of sight. She was walking quickly, somewhere to go, something to do. I like that. I like a woman with a purpose, with a vision of her own. And that's why I don't like high heels. They stress appearance over substance, and I like a woman with substance. And if I like her enough to have sex with her, she'd usually take her shoes off anyway. - DBell
